Here are some of the school's most notable achievements: GCSE and A-Level results: Students consistently achieve high grades in their GCSE and A-Level exams. In 2021, the average GCSE grade for Students was A*-C, and the average A-Level grade was A*-B. International Baccalaureate (IB) results: Gulf English School is an IB World School and students who take the IB Diploma Programme consistently achieve high grades. In 2021, the average IB Diploma grade for Gulf English School students was 38, which is well above the world average of 33. University admissions: Gulf English School students are accepted to top universities around the world, including Harvard, Yale, and Oxford. In 2021, 90% of GES graduates went on to study at university. Extracurricular activities: Gulf English School  students are also active in a variety of extracurricular activities, including sports, clubs, and arts. In 2021, Gulf English School students won a number of awards in international competitions, including the International Maths Olympiad and the British Schools Shakespeare Festival.

Dr. Muna El-Helbawi: Dr. El-Helbawi is a General Manager of the Culture, Education, Leisure and Sports Cluster - Al Faisal Holding. She is a graduate of Gulf English School and went on to study at the University of Oxford. Hamad Al Ali: Hamad Al Ali is a Kuwaiti TV presenter and media personality. He is a graduate of Gulf English School and went on to study at the American University of Beirut.
