Gulf Model School

The admission process of the Gulf Model School is straight forward and the parents who wish to enroll their child, must fill in the online registration form available on the website with the required information and submit it and once received, the parents are contacted to bring their child for an assessment.

And within the timeline, it is mandatory to submit the following documents as mentioned below.

PS: For KG1 and KG2-

a. Candidate’s passport with a valid UAE residence visa (one copy).

b. Parents’ (mother and father) passports with a valid UAE residence visa (1 copy).

c. Emirates ID card of the candidate (one copy).

d. Emirates ID card of the parents (one copy).

e. Recent passport-size photographs (three photos).

f. Original transfer certificate if applying from Dubai.

The parents need to bring theirs and their child’s Emirates ID card for scanning purposes.

For Grade1 and above-

a. Candidate’s passport with a valid UAE residence visa (one copy).

b. Parents’ passports with a valid UAE residence visa (one copy).

c. Emirates ID card of the candidate (one copy).

d. Emirates ID card of the parents (one copy).

e. Previous academic records.

f. Original conduct certificate.

g. Original transfer certificate.

The transfer certificate must be attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the UAE, the Education Board of that Emirate or Country and the UAE Embassy.

For admission, the original Emirate ID cards of the candidate and parents are mandatory, which will be used for the scanning process. Depending on the outcome of the assessment, a decision is made to extent an offer. For the admission in the kindergarten phase, the interviews are held. Whereas for the Grade1 and above, a formal entrance test are conducted and the overall syllabus of the entrance test is available on its official website.
