The Junior School at Hall School Wimbledon follows a one form entry system, with an average class size of 18 students. Parents considering 7+ entry for Year 3 can schedule a visit to the school, meet Headmaster Mr. Andrew Hammond, and have their child participate in a taster day. During the taster day, the child will be informally observed in the classroom to assess their level in Maths and English. A reference from their current school will also be requested. Outcome letters will be sent after the taster day. Occasionally, places may become available in other year groups of the Junior School, and the school accepts applications throughout the year. Automatic entry to the Junior School is granted to registered siblings and children of alumni
