Han Academy was founded in 2017. Happy Life Education Foundation Limited, a charitable institution registered in Hong Kong, founded the non-profit, full-time primary and secondary school. It is a Chinese-English bilingual school. Han Academy's overall curricular mapping is an organic combination of curricula that culminate in two of the world's most prominent international programmes: the Cambridge International Curriculum and the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme.

School Achievements

Achievements

Aliyah SAT, a Han Academy student, got the High Achievement Award for Cambridge International A Level Biology and the Best Across Three Award for Cambridge International A Levels in the June 2023 Cambridge AS and A Level examinations. Juwan ZHU and David LI have received the Cambridge International AS Level Mathematics High Achievement Awards. Annabell Kong has received the Cambridge International A-Level Chinese High Achievement Award.

Tina from Year 5 won the Girls B 100m Breaststroke title in the Hong Kong Island West Swimming Inter-school Competition. The Mother Tongue Group's Brush Calligraphy Category was won by Y11 Sarah Hu. Eunice Lau, in Year 7, achieved third place in the Mother Tongue Group's primary school writing project.
