Headington School Oxford application requirements are as follows:

At Headington School Oxford, applications are welcome at a variety of entrance points in the Prep and Senior Schools, from age three in Cornflower Nursery (from the term after their third birthday) through to 16+ (Year 12) entry in our Sixth Form). Your daughter's birthdate can be entered into the admissions calculator below to get more information about entry points and how to apply. There are a few select year groups where there are restricted openings for 2023 admission to Headington Prep School. 

For International application:

Headington's vibrant and diversified community is one of its advantages. Around 30 different countries are represented at the school, which enrols boarders from all over the world as well as day students from the affluent neighbourhood of Oxford and the city itself. 

You can take entrance exams at Headington School, at a Cambridge Examination Centre that is open to the public, at a British Council office in your native country, or, if you prefer, with one of our designated educational representatives. 

For pupils interested in attending Headington at the 11+ (Year 7 and up), entrance exams include online tests in English and Maths, additional written English assessments, an EAL test (if necessary), and an interview. Candidates for the sixth form also have an interview with a member of the academic staff who is an expert in one of the A Level subjects they choose to pursue. Students who want to enrol in the Prep School from Year 3 and up must pass computer adaptive maths, verbal and non-verbal reasoning, an English writing job and an EAL test.
