School History & Details

Hull's School was founded by Dr James Hull in 1945 and later handed over to his son, Robin Hull, in 1992. The school grew over the years to become one of the larger independent schools in German-speaking Switzerland. Its location expanded from a building in Zurich's center to additional buildings near the Zurich Opera House. Currently, Hull's School is the leading English college in Switzerland, teaching the British curriculum to over 300 Swiss and international students.

School Achievements

Achievements

Hull's School has a high academic achievement rate, with about 80 percent of their students passing their final exams, enabling them to achieve their desired goals. One third of the students aim to study in Switzerland while around half intend to study at universities in the UK, including Russell Group universities, or in the EU. This success is in part due to the fact that their A levels are widely accepted by most universities in English-speaking countries.
