In 2022, IKS students achieved an average of 90% in the Bahrain Secondary School Certificate (B.S.C.) exams. Extracurricular activities: IKS students have won numerous awards in a variety of extracurricular activities, including sports, arts, and debate. In 2022, IKS students won the Bahrain Schools Sports Festival, the Bahrain Schools Art Festival, and the Bahrain Schools Model United Nations Competition.\ International recognition: IKS is a member of several international organizations, including the Council of British International Schools in the Middle East (COBIS) and the Middle States Association of Colleges and Schools (MSA). In 2021, IKS was awarded a "Good" rating by COBIS.

Community service: IKS students are actively involved in community service projects. In 2022, IKS students volunteered at local orphanages and hospitals, and they also helped to clean up a local beach. Innovation: IKS students have won awards for their innovative projects. In 2022, IKS students won the Bahrain Schools Science Fair for their project on solar energy. In 2022, IKS students won the Bahrain Schools Art Festival for their painting of the Bahraini flag.
