IDM Public School, Balangir

Indrani Dixit was an exceptional teacher and a well-known educationist in Balangir. He had spent more than fifty years of his life promoting people's educational and social growth. His students and relations, who were deeply impressed by his work and beliefs, established the Indramani Dixit Memorial (IDM) Trust in his honor, deciding to work for this region's educational and social development while keeping his name alive in the people's minds. IDM Trust is a charity trust registered under the Odisha government's Trust Registration Act. IDM foundation is a nonprofit foundation dedicated to promoting education and social welfare in the Balangir district. To provide better education and to promote the whole development of students, the IDM Trust established the IDM Public School Balangir, which has quickly gained popularity among the residents of this area. IDM Public School is a co-educational English-medium school affiliated with the Central Board of Secondary Education in Delhi.
