At Indian International School Sharjah the admission process is quite simple. First, you need to register your child online after which the IISS Muwailih Commercial will inform you if seats are available. Once this step is completed, from the school website you can download the syllabus for the assessment test. For assessment when coming to the campus, please bring the following documents with you as mentioned below.

a. Passport copy with the visa page.

b. Birth Certificate copy.

c. Vaccination card copy.

d. Original Emirates ID card and copy.

e. Four Photographs.

f. Bonafide Certificate.

g. Attested Original Transfer Certificate (From grade 2 onwards).

h. Original report card (final exam mark sheet) attestation is required if from outside the country.

1. From India the transfer certificates should be attested by:

a. The Ministry of Education (AEO, DEO, CBSE Regional Officer, etc.).

b. Indian Consulate in Dubai.

c. Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Sharjah/Dubai.

2. Transfer Certificates from other Nations should be attested by:

Option 1

a. Ministry of Education from the country of origin.

b. Consulate of the Concerned Nation in Dubai.

c. U.A.E. Foreign Affairs, Sharjah/Dubai.

Option 2

a. Ministry of Education from the origin country.

b. Ministry of Foreign Affairs from the origin country.

c. U.A.E. Embassy/ Consulate from the origin country.

3. Transfer Certificates from G.C.C. Countries other than U.A.E. should be attested by:

a. Ministry of Education in the origin country.

b. Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the origin country.

c. U.A.E. Embassy/ Consulate in the origin country.

4. Transfer Certificates from U.A.E. should be attested by:

a. Sharjah – No need for attestation.

b. All other Emirates- Ministry of Education from the concerned emirate.

c. If coming from a different curriculum than Indian or Asian – an attested Leaving Certificate is required.

After your child has been given the admission test, your application and the test result will be reviewed by the admission committee. In case a seat is awarded to your child, via email or telephone the school will contact you. You will be required to submit the admission form and pay the tuition fee, once you receive an admission letter.
