For admission in KG2 through Grade 4 (for students migrating from another Gulf Cooperation Council countries):
a) 1 copy of the Annual Examination marksheet from the last school attended by the student. The marksheet need not be attested.
b) Transfer Certificate or School Leaving Certificate signed and stamped by the last school’s Principal and attested by Ministry of Education of the GCC Country. The class in which the student is studying and the class to which they have been promoted must clearly be spelt in figures and words rather than Roman figures. The Transfer Certificate or School Leaving Certificate must be in English language.
NOTE: The gap between the date of leaving the last school and the date of admission to this school should not exceed 1 month.
For students migrating from India:
a) 1 copy of the Annual Examination marksheet from the last school attended by the student. The marksheet need not be attested.
b) Transfer Certificate or School Leaving Certificate duly attested by the concerned authorities as mentioned below:
(i) School Principal's signature and school stamp
(ii) Ministry of Education (Depending on the board in which the student is currently enrolled as described below)
(A) State Board: District Educational Officer (DEO)
(B) ICSE Board: not required
(C) Matriculation recognized school: Inspector of Matriculation Schools,
(D) CBSE Board: not required
(iii) UAE Embassy (Delhi) or UAE Consulate (Mumbai/Kerala) or Ministry of Foreign Affairs in UAE
c) The class in which the student is studying and the class to which they have been promoted must clearly be spelt in figures and words rather than Roman figures. The Transfer Certificate/School Leaving Certificate must be in English language.

For admission of students with special needs:
1. There is a provision in the application form to indicate if the candidate has any Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). It is required to declare about SEND in the form.
2. Copies of all medical, psychological, educational assessments must be provided for evaluation to determine if the school can effectively cater to the needs of the student.
3. The Principal scrutinizes the authenticity of the certificates for SEND in coordination with the Head of Inclusion and Well-Being.
4. The selected students must also contact the School Medical Center to clear the medical requirements.
