The twentieth of each month will be the deadline for paying monthly fees without incurring a fine. If the school is closed on the twentieth of the month, the preceding working day shall be regarded as the deadline.
The fine for the first two weeks of the month will be 0.500 Baiza, and the fine for the third and final week will be R.O.1/-. R.O. 2/- will be levied starting on the first day of the following month if the monthly fee is not paid during that month.
The name of the student in question will be withdrawn from the roll and 50% of the admission fees will be assessed as re-admission fees if the fees are not paid within two months of the deadline.
Up until August 31st, tuition for July may be paid in June (before the school closes) or in August (after the school reopens) without incurring a penalty; beyond that date, a fee will be assessed.
August tuition fees are due by September 15th, if not paid by August 15th (after school reopens), there will be a fine.
December's tuition fee must be paid in December only, before the school's winter break closure; failure to do so will result in a fine.
Class X and XII fees must be paid by February 25th, in addition to the March fee; failure to do so will result in a fine for both months.
