Students transferring from the same emirate must have their TC attested by their current school (for G2 to G9). And for G10 to G12, in addition to the TC attested by the current school, students must have their last 2 Report Cards attested by KHDA.

Students transferring from other emirates in UAE must have their TC attested both by their current school and by the Education Zone of their current emirate (for G2 to G9). And for G10 to G12, students must have their attested as described above as well as their last 2 Report Cards.

Students transferring from outside UAE

G1-G8: Students who have taken CAT4 Assessment should submit the Assessment Report.

G10-G12:

Students have to obtain and submit Proof of Equivalency.

Students should submit their last two Report Cards and TC, all attested by the Ministry of Education, Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the UAE Consulate situated in their current country.

NOTE: For candidates with special needs, the placement assessment is designed appropriately with special processes. The parents of the candidates are required to submit the relevant medical, psychological and educational assessments or reports belonging to the candidate.

• Colored, recent passport-size photographs
• Copy of the Birth Certificate
• Copy of Vaccination Card
• Copy of the candidate’s Passport with a valid Residence Visa (for foreign candidates)
• Copy of Family Book (for UAE citizen candidates) OR copy of the candidate’s mother’s Family Book Log (for Emirati mothers)
• Copy of the candidate’s as well as both parents’ original Emirates ID
• Candidate’s Medical File from the current school
• Candidate’s last Report Card and Transfer Certificate
