International Indian Public School (IIPSR), established in 1995 as SEVA School, underwent a name change in 1998. The Patron of this International Indian School in Saudi Arabia, like with all International Indian Schools in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, is H.E. Dr. Ausaf Sayeed. H.E. Mr. Mohd Shahid Alam, Consul General, is the vice patron. A six-member school management board and a three-member high board are in charge of overseeing the institution. Each school's copy of the Charter Schools document contains information on the school's operating structure in detail.

In the Senior School Exams for 2021, a total of 39 students were entered, of whom 36 passed.  25 students passed with Distinction, whilst 31 were awarded First Division and 5 passed with Second Division.  There were 81 students in the Grade 10 cohort.

Mr. Hisham Nazir Hisham was an IIPSR 2010 batch student. In 2015, he earned his BSc in engineering from the University of Waterloo. He is presently employed with OSRAM in Toronto, Ontario, Canada as a commissioning engineer and project manager. Vaibhav Mahajan He graduated from IIPSR in 2010. In BITS Pilani in Dubai, he later completed his B.E. (Hons) in Computer Science. Afterward, he attended New York University to earn his M.S. in Computer Science. At Susquehanna International Group LLP in Pennsylvania, USA, he is an Automation Engineer. Retnakaran Rakesh 2010 saw Rakesh graduate from IIPSR. The National Institute of Technology in Trichy is where he went on to earn his BTech in electronics and communication engineering. He is currently an Oracle Financial Services Software Ltd. senior consultant.
