There are certain steps that candidates and parents need to follow to successfully register for International Philippine School in Jeddah. The first step is an assessment of documents at the registrar's office and parents should give complete information. The next step is conducting interviews and entrance exams for kindergarten and SHS STEM Strand students. The selected candidate then needed to pay a non-refundable fee.

3. Original files from the previous school

4. Passport-size photograph of the candidate

5. Original report card from the previous school 

6. Permit from the Ministry of Education

7. Iqama and Expiration from the Absher portal
