International Primary School Khuzam was established in 2006. It is a Co-ed school and follows the curriculum of the International Baccalaureate Primary Years programme (IB PYP) from Pre-KG to Grade 5. This curriculum focuses on developing various skills, knowledge, and understanding among students. It was first opened as a RAK English-speaking school in 1975 with 20 students belonging to expatriate families. The school provides a warm and challenging learning environment to students. IPK is accredited as a Learning Ladders members school.

The students of IPK school have performed excellently in academics. They secure good positions in examinations and won several awards and certificates. In 2014, around 46% of students achieve A to C grades at AS-level examinations.
