At the Iqraa American School, there are certain admission policies and some of those policies are as mentioned below:

• 1. For the assessment test and personal interview an appointment will be scheduled for the student according to seats availability.
• 2. At the reception area an initial application form needs to be filled.
• 3. With the assessment date and time the applicant will be notified, in case without notifying the school in advance the applicant misses the appointment the assesment will not be rescheduled.
• 4. Within three working days of the assessment date the school will notify the applicant with the assessment results.
• 5. To complete and submit the application form and provide the required documents the parents are required to come personally.
• 6. After passing the entrance assessment, to pay an amount of 100 KD as registration fees to reserve the seat the parent is required. To another student (according to MOPE rules) the registration fees cannot be retrieved or transferred + As part of the tuition fees the first installments shall be calculated.
• 7. To confirm the student acceptance to be able to complete the student's file transfer from his former school a certificate of To Whom It May Concern (no objection) will be issued from the registration department.
• 8. Along with the medical file the student file needs to be submitted within a week time from notifying the parent with the student acceptance etc & few more.
• a. For registration the required document:
• 1. Copy of the birth and vaccination certificate.
• 2. Copy of civil ID for student & parents.
• 3. Copy of the parents’ nationality certificates (for Kuwaitis only).
• 4. Copy of passports for the students and parents (for non-Kuwaitis).
• 5. Six recent pictures for the student.
• 6. Last two report cards copy if it is a domestic transfer between schools. As from outside Kuwait the report cards issued, from the Kuwait Embassy & the Foreign Affairs it needs to be attested.
• 7. Within three working days from the submission date (results cannot be produced immediately) the assessments results will be communicated to the parent.
• After acceptance is granted, from the former school the student's file should be taken and to the registration department submit it along with transfer certificate, financial clearance, academic certificates and the medical file. To submit the requested documents in the event of failure, in the class list the school has the right not to include the student's name etc.
