School History & Details

The international British /Dutch school was established in 1967 in a small villa on Tahlia Street with the aim of providing education to young children of British and Dutch expatriates and other nationalities living in Jeddah. The school followed the British curriculum. Later in 1997, the school relocated to its present site in the Al Naim District of Northern Jeddah so they could incorporate a secondary section into the school, and it became Jeddah Prep and Grammar School (JPGS). As the school kept growing in 2003, it introduced the sixth form. JPGS provides education from FS1 to Y13 in a co-educational setup. The school has students belonging to 50 different nationalities.
