For students coming from within UAE, the Transfer Certificate should be attested by The Ministry of Education.
For students coming from Gulf countries other than UAE, the Transfer Certificate should be attested by The Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Students transferring from India:
The Transfer Certificate/Leaving Certificate should be attested by –
The Section Officer of the Home Department – Mumbai/Delhi,
Consular Section of the Consulate Gen. of the UAE – Mumbai/Delhi and Ministry of Foreign Affairs – Dubai.
