Important Information

The Kincaid International School of Bangkok Fee Details are as mentioned below:-

1. EAP (Eng Support for Academic Purpose): 40,000/-.

2. For students requiring additional English Support: 40,000/-.

3. Yearly General Fee: 50,000/- (Non Refundable).

4. Registration Fee: 30,000/- (Non Refundable).

5. Application Form and Processing Fee (Once at the time of applying): 2,000/- (Non Refundable).

* Payment Policy for all school dues:
1. In Thai Baht only all Tuition Fee is payable.

2. All fees and Dues are nontransferable.

* Refund Policy:
1. The admission fee is nonrefundable. Under special consideration only the tuition fee is refundable.

2. To the school administration for consideration the request for a refund must be made in writing.

* After the first four weeks of the academic year has started No Fees or School Dues are refundable.

* Overdue payments:
1. A surcharge of 500 Thai Baht per day the school will charge for school fees and dues paid after the due date.

2. Within 10 days of the semester commencing if the tuition fee and other school fees are not paid, from attending classes Kincaid reserves the right to bar the student. Such students will need to be re-enrolled to continue at their school should the parents wish for the students. Due to financial difficulties should a late tuition fee date be required by parents, a late tuition fee payment schedule the school will consider but to the school administration the parents are required to inform in writing well in advance, etc.
