Important Information

The King’s College International School Bangkok Fee Details are as mentioned below:-

1. New applicants: The school applies the following initial charges during the application process, in addition to the termly tuition fees and incidental fees. Before a new applicant starts his/her first term, these fees and the first-term tuition fees must be paid.

2. APPLICATION FEE: 5,000 baht (nonrefundable/nontransferable).

3. REGISTRATION FEE: 225,000 baht (nonrefundable/nontransferable).

4. WAITLIST FEE: As the waitlist fee the registration fee will act. The admissions assessment for any student who has passed and is on the school’s waitlist is placed, for them this is. This waitlist fee is transferred when a place becomes available and the registration fee will act.

Within 12 months of being placed on the waitlist if a place is not available, the waitlist fee in full will be refunded, or to remain on the waitlist the parents can request and at a later date the waitlist fee will be refunded if a place is not available.

5. SECURITY DEPOSIT: 200,000 baht (refundable upon graduation and withdrawal).

For a refund, the conditions are as follows:
a. From the school upon the student’s graduation (completion of year 13).

b. At least one full term’s notice when the written notice is received before the child leaves. At the end of term one in cases of withdrawal, at the beginning of term three written notice is required. (At the admissions office a written notice form is available).

c. For reasons other than disciplinary when the school requires the applicant’s departure.

6. Late and overdue payments: To payments made after the invoice due date late payment charges of 1.5% per month or part thereof will be applied.

7. Methods of payment: By Cheque or by Bank Transfer.

Notes: a. Lunch, morning and afternoon snacks, EAL, co-curricular activities, clubs and societies, special education needs (within school policy), books, and equipment are included in the tuition fees.

b. School uniform, sports kit, personal equipment or IT devices, individual music tuition, external examinations, compulsory residential trips, school trips, school bus transportation, certain ECAs, additional special education needs support (outside the basic support provided by the school), school photographs are not included in the tuition fees, etc.

For Year 10 or Year 12 entry in the academic year 2023/2024, the scholarship is available for academically outstanding students. Full fee remission, with uniform, all learning equipment and devices the successful scholars will receive until graduating in Year 13.

To a top university for the right candidate gaining access, up to an additional one million Baht will be available.
