In Kuwait's Al Jahra City, the Kuwait Bilingual School was started in September 1998. Its establishment marked a turning point in the district's educational offerings by providing co-educational, bilingual private schooling for residents of the city and the State of Kuwait.

For becoming the first student in KBS history to receive a Pearl Certificate and 250 merits, Aisha Ahmad Al Said, grade 3C. The school has earned several accolades and trophies, and its pupils have scored incredibly well in exams with a 100% passing record.
