Upon their initial visit to Cambodia in 2002, Trevor and Agnieszka Gile, the creators of Liger, fell in love with the nation and its people. Trevor saw that individuals in the poor world did not have the same possibilities as him, having come from modest origins in the Seattle area. Offering opportunities to those who could seize them, in his opinion, would be the great equalizer. Agnieszka found Cambodia to be evocative of her native Poland, which had endured decades of persecution and genocide there during World War II. She was committed to providing this fresh start for the children of Cambodia. Motivated by the notion that giving rather than receiving is the most efficient way to help, The Liger Charitable Foundation was established, with Liger Leadership Academy serving as its inaugural initiative. Trevor and Agnieszka started doing a lot of study and preparation back in 2009 to create the idea for Liger Leadership Academy. Being able to identify and celebrate someone or something's positive traits is the definition of appreciation.
The capacity to make a solid, definitive decision
Being intelligent, creative, or resourceful, particularly when creating new things, is known as ingenuity.
