LPW School Application Requirements are as follows:

The majority of pupils at LPW School are accepted after being referred by the Bristol Inclusion Panel, which convenes to determine the best placement for young people from secondary school leaders throughout the city. Before admission is agreed upon, this process requires the recommending school to fully complete a Change of Provision (CoP) form and a contextual risk assessment. A member of the LPW School staff will conduct a home visit in addition to the requirement that prospective students visit the school before enrolling. This is done to make sure that the programme will meet their needs, that there is a commitment to enrolling, and that students are willing to adhere to the school's attendance and behaviour contract.

When a student has an EHCP, the relevant SEN team must make the referral directly through the consult procedure. The LPW School must then approve the referral before an admissions offer can be made.
