Mahidol Wittayanusorn School (MWIT), which was founded in 1990, is the first science and math school in Thailand. It offers high school students who are extremely gifted in science, math, and technology a specialized education. Situated in Salaya, Nakhon Pathom, Mahidol Wittayanusorn School (MWIT) is also known as Prince Mahidol Memorial Science School. The government provides funding for the school. In addition to meeting the Ministry of Education's national curriculum requirements for public and private schools across the country, MWIT boasts a well-crafted curriculum with a strong emphasis on science and mathematics, and every student is required to finish a science project. A wide range of elective courses in topics of the student's interest are also provided by MWIT.
