MIS offers a variety of programs for students of all ages, including:

Primary Programme: The Primary Programme is a six-year program for students aged 6-11. The program is based on the English National Curriculum and the Chinese National Curriculum. Students learn in both English and Chinese, and they have the opportunity to study a variety of other subjects, such as mathematics, science, and social studies.
Secondary Programme: The Secondary Programme is a five-year program for students aged 12-17. The program is based on the English National Curriculum and the Chinese National Curriculum. In the 2022/23 academic year, MIS students achieved an average of 7.2 A* grades in the IGCSE and an average of 37 points in the IB Diploma Programme. MIS students have also won numerous awards and prizes in academic competitions, such as the Thailand National Mathematics Olympiad and the Thailand National Science Olympiad.
