Admission Process:-

At Manthena American School the admission process is designed to ensure that based on their academic ability, social maturity, and potential to contribute to their school community the students are admitted.

To apply for admission, the parents/guardians are required to complete the online application form and submit all the necessary documents, including the birth certificates, a recent photograph, passport copies, and birth certificates.

Once the school receive the application, their admissions team will review it and with the student and their parent(s)/guardian(s) schedule an entrance exam and an interview.

For Student Registration Documents Required:

1. Copy of the student's passport + Resident Visa + Emirates ID.

2. Copy of the parent’s (mother & father) passport, Emirates ID.

3. Copy of family book (for UAE nationals).

4. Vaccine card.

5. Birth certificate.

6. Copy of final report card from previous school.

7. Attested copy from Ministry of education of transfer certificate for any student who will come from school outside Sharjah.

8. Medical file from previous school.

9. Students from government schools should submit a school leaving certificate and report card duly attested by the Ministry of Education.

10. If a student is transferring from a school located outside the UAE, the report card and transfer certificate should be attested by:

a. Ministry of Education of his/her country.

b. Ministry of Foreign Affairs of his/her country.

c. UAE Consulate in his/her country.

11. Two recent colored passport size photograph.

Admission Criteria:

1. Academic performance.

2. English language proficiency.

3. Social and emotional maturity.

4. Availability of space in the requested grade level.

Grade Placement:

At Manthena American School the grade placement is determined by the student's age. The student's academic transcripts their admission team will review and to determine support assess their English language proficiency.

Admission Timeline:

To Manthena American School admission is open throughout the year, in the requested grade level subject to the availability of space. However, the school encourage the parents to submit applications early to secure a place for their child etc.
