General Description

To get admission into Maplewood Canadian International School, students must register offline or online and submit all the necessary documents. All students below 4th grade will undergo an interview or entrance test, depending on the ongoing admission scheme. Students above 4th grade will go through an entrance exam which is MAP. If the student successfully clears this stage, they become eligible for admission and is offered a place in the school.

• Copy of the Passport of the student
• the Equivalent System of Private School Certificates signed by the parents and students provided by the school
• Water & Electricity bill, Health Declaration form and Honest Discloser form, which are provided on the school website
• Copy of the family book (Only UAE Nationality).
• Copy of parent’s passport page, visa and EID front and backside
• Copy of Student’s immunisation record in English.
• Transfer Certificate from the previous school.
• Letter of pursuing the study issued by ADEK.
• Current and previous year report cards in English or Arabic of the student.
• Passport-size photo in a JPEG format.
• Student’s birth certificate.
• Copy of student’s UAE Residence Visa.
• Copy of the student’s Emirates ID
