The Mesaieed International School (MIS) in September 2008 first opened its doors to the students and their families in the current EYFS campus; it was home to all the Primary aged students, 3 to 11 years old. For those children whose parents are the employees of QatarEnergy and Mesaieed the joint venture companies operating the MIS is an international school that follows the British curriculum. At the heart of the community, the school is and is cared for, loved, and respected by all who attend. They are very proud of their students and for learning their drive and passion, through a wonderful team of highly professional, experienced, and committed teachers and teaching assistants which is facilitated. A truly caring, resilient, and hardworking administration team supports them all, and towards ensuring their school vision together they work.
"For all their students to be healthy and happy individuals, high achieving, as global citizens who are well prepared to take their place and the leaders of the future".
Their students are at the heart of everything they do and are a constant source of inspiration and this drives them to be better and do better. As a team, they want to provide more, connect more, and learn more so that they are worthy of the privilege they have, of working with their students every day. Their school is a safe place, accepting of everyone, and where trusting and confident relationships can thrive. With an abundance of memories, the students leave their school that will accompany them for their entire lifetime. When Qatar and Mesaieed the students leave, their MIS memories are present, all they learned helps them remember, and to be successful in the wider world they make their mark.
Their vision is for their students to be healthy and happy individuals, high achieving, as global citizens well prepared to take their place and leaders of the future.
Their mission is to achieve this by inspirational teaching that places high value on learning, enjoyment, and the well-being of all their students, etc.
