1) Copy of the Student's Qatar Residence Permit or Qatar ID

2) Copy of the Student's current Passport

3) Copy of the Student's Live Birth Certificate

4) Copies of both father and mother’s Qatar IDs (back-to-back) 

5) Copies of both father and mother’s passports 

6) Completed Recommendation Form for grades 1 – 12 student applicants

7) Copy of the student's Immunization Records (for students from ages 4 to 10 years old) and the Health Card for students in middle/high school

8) Two (2) recent passport-size photographs of the student
