Application Requirements

  • 1. Fill in an enrolment application form (available from the school office).
  • 2. Provide proof of address (e.g. provide a telephone or power account in the parent’s name, an appropriate tenancy agreement, or a sale and purchase agreement).
  • 3. Provide a copy of the student’s birth certificate or passport.
  • 4. Complete a Vision and Hearing Testing screening approval form and a School Dental Service enrolment form.
  • 5. Provide immunisation details.
  • 6. You will also be required to sign a statement at the school office confirming the student’s usual place of residence is in zone.
  • 7. Once all information has been supplied, enrolment will be confirmed by letter. On the student’s first day you will be required to provide confirmation that they are still residing at the enrolment address.
