Important Information

Before enrolling, parents must make the payment. Cash, credit card, and benefit pay must be used to pay any fees at the accounts department.

All monthly payments must be made during the first week of the applicable month or at another time specified by the accounts department.
Acceptance of the application form and the registration fee are not refundable.

The price of textbooks is non-refundable and may vary depending on the requirements of the program. All textbooks must be purchased from the school.
If a student's parents decide to pull him or her out of school, the following rules will apply:
- Written notification to the school is required.
- The school will keep BD 250 and reimburse the remaining amount if the withdrawal is made before August 15.
- No reimbursement will be given if the withdrawal is made between August 16 and the start of classes.
- 70% of the second installment will be refunded if the withdrawal is made during the first 21 days of classes.
- The second installment won't be refunded if the withdrawal is made on October 1 or later.
It won't be possible for a student to enroll for the following academic year unless all unpaid fees are settled in full.
The school has the power to dismiss the student for nonpayment and offer the student's spot to another student.
Students who don't pay their tuition on time risk being denied access to the school and having their report cards, student files, and correspondence kept until the entire amount is paid.
The school maintains the right to file a lawsuit if payment is not made.
