The new Pakistan International School came into existence in 1997. The school is considered a part of Al Rayan Holding Company. The school provides education to students from kindergarten to Grade 12. The curriculum followed by the school is a British curriculum. Currently, there are about 2,500 students in the school and they belong to 40 different nationalities. The school adopted a strong academic policy in which the school provides a developing environment where students can develop their skills and explore their potential. The school offers a variety of extra-curricular activities which help in the physical, mental, and emotional development of the students. The school collaborated with the Kuwait Establishment of Education Service (KEES) with about 500 students and 25 qualified teachers. The teachers in the school are experienced and know every field.

Achievements

The school is well-known for its high education and academic results. One of the students was awarded the "Outstanding Cambridge Learner Award" in Chemistry for scoring the highest marks. Some students got distinctions in Physics IAL Exam across the Middle East. In 2019, a student secured 2nd position in the Matric Federal Board Exam.

The students are well-known for their participation and performance in various extra-curricular activities. Students won a world video competition organised by the British Council in 2006. Some students participate in Quran competitions, art competitions, debates, and music. Students secured 2nd position in the Art competition organized by Kuwait Times.
