NWIS has well-equipped sports facilities like a large Swimming pool, a kids pool, an ultra-modern Multi-Purpose hall with Basketball, Badminton, and Tennis. More outdoor facilities (Football grounds, Athletics track, etc) are being added in Phase II.

A normal school day starts at 8:00 AM and finishes at 2:30 PM. For KG students the school day will start at 8:00 AM and conclude at 1:30 PM.

For the Academic Year 2023/2024 we will offer KG1 & KG 2 as well as Grades 1 – 9. In the upcoming years after that, we will continue to open more grade levels up to Grade 12

There is a 3 installment payment plan for all students. If you require a monthly payment plan please discuss this with the finance team at the time of admission – this option will also require Post-Dated Cheques to be submitted.

From KG1 – Grade 5 all students are required to learn Arabic & English. From Grade 6 onwards, Omani students and students of Arabic origin will continue to learn Arabic and have the option to learn a third foreign language. Other expat students from grade 6 onwards will have the option to learn Arabic as a second language or to take another foreign language that is offered such as Spanish and French.
