Northcote College was founded in 1877 and has been serving the neighborhood and beyond for more than 140 years. The school is honored to currently enroll children who are second, third, and fourth generation. In addition to serving the well-established neighborhood, the College draws students from all around Auckland and beyond.
High standards are set for the achievement of the students. Students acquire critical abilities, credentials, and knowledge. The school understands that character, people skills, self-worth, and flexibility are critical for success in life. The general levels of student engagement, enjoyment, learning, and achievement are all influenced by diverse learning possibilities. Respect for oneself, others, and the environment are the tenets of Northcote College. Positive behavior is prioritized for learning, and restorative practices' tenets are upheld.
