7) Student Medical report from the previous school
8) Conduct a Certificate/recommendation letter from the last school attended.
9) Student’s previous school attendance record.
10) Student’s last two years academic years School report/transcript.
11) Must submit specialist reports for any students of determination
12) Must submit original Transfer Certificate from the previous school (attested by KHDA/Ministry of Education for students coming from another Emirate)
