The Oregon Episcopal School (OES) is a college preparatory, co-educational, independent, day, and boarding school in Portland, Oregon, United States. The school was founded in 1869 as St. Helen's Hall, a boarding and day school for girls. It was renamed Oregon Episcopal School in 1971.

OES is located on a 59-acre wooded campus in the West Hills of Portland. The school has approximately 880 students in grades Pre-K through 12, including 60 boarding students from around the world in grades 9-12.

OES offers a liberal arts curriculum that includes science, mathematics, the humanities, and the arts. The school also offers a variety of extracurricular activities, including athletics, clubs, and community service.
