• 2. Virtual Parent/Guardian Conversation— Required For Pre-Kindergarten, Kindergarten, Primary and First Only.
• 3. Admissions Assessment—Required For Grades 3 To 5 Only.
• 4. Student Visit.
• From Your School
• 1. Teacher Recommendation
• From your child's current teacher request a recommendation. Optional: To a previous teacher or another teacher currently working with your child you may make an additional request.
• 2. Transcripts—Required For Grades 2 to 5 Only
• From the student’s current/previous school(s) the transcripts for 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24 must be received directly.
• Grades 6-8
• First Step
• Submit the non-refundable application fee of $75.

• 1. Hand-Written Student Questionnaire.
• 2. Parent/Guardian Questionnaire.

• 1. Two Teacher Recommendations
• a. Grade 6 Applicants: From your child's current teacher request a recommendation, and one from another current academic teacher or last year’s teacher.

• Grade 9-12 Domestic Boarding
• First Step
• Through the Admissions Portal or through SAO the applications may be submitted.
• 1. Submit the non-refundable application fee of $75.

• 1. Through SAO if you are applying, submit: Parent/Guardian Statement; Student Essays.
• 2. Through the OES Admissions Portal if you are applying, submit: Parent/Guardian Questionnaire; Hand-Written Student Questionnaire.
• 3. Student Interview
• a. In the Admissions Portal schedule interviews.
• 4. Admissions Tests- From tests taken after August 1, 2023 the scores must be.
• a. Secondary School Admission Test (SSAT) at "oes.edu/ssat" register and enter OES school code 5572.
• b. TOEFL or Duolingo: If English is not your primary spoken language then required. At "ets.org/toefl" register. OES school code is 9615.

• Grade 9-12 International Boarding
• First Step
• Through the Admissions Portal or through SAO the applications may be submitted.
• 1. Submit the non-refundable application fee of $100.
• From Your Family
• 1. Through SAO if you are applying, submit: Parent/Guardian Statement; Student Essays.
• 2. Through the OES Admissions Portal if you are applying, submit: Parent/Guardian Questionnaire; Hand-Written Student Questionnaire.
