Application Requirements

From May 4 at 11 a.m. to May 31 at 3 p.m., students and parents may submit DSA-Sec applications online at the MOE DSA-Sec website. For numerous institutions and skill areas, applicants only need to complete one online form. On the application form, each candidate may select up to three options.

  • 1. Recent passport-size photographs of the candidate.
  • 2. A Copy of the birth certificate of the student.
  • 3.Copy of both parent’s passport.
  • 4. Immunization record of student
  • 5. One copy of both parents’ valid residence visas.
  • 6. One copy of the student's valid residence visas.
  • 7.Student’s transfer certificate.
  • 8. A copy of the student valid passport.
