At the Pace International School, the admission process is fairly simple. In this school, the parents interested in enrolling their kids need to submit the online registration form. To avoid delays in the admission process please fill the required fields with authentic information. Upon finding the incorrect information the school reserves the right to cancel the admission application. To enroll the candidates in appropriate grades, it emphasizes strongly its age-grade policy.

The school contacts the parents upon the emergence of a vacancy, once submitted. For an assessment, the parents need to bring their children. Interviews for admission in KG1 and KG2 are what the assessment includes. Whereas, to get admission in grade 1 and above the students need to sit in an entrance test.

At this school the documents mandatory for the admission process are as follows:

a. A copy of the birth certificate of the candidate.

b. A copy of the candidate’s passport with a visa page.

c. Original and copy of Emirates ID card.

d. A copy of the vaccination record of the candidate.

e. Four recent passport-size photographs of the candidate.

f. Bonafide certificate.

g. Attested original transfer certificate.

h. Attested report card (for admissions in Grade 2 and above).

The requirements for the attested transfer certificate are given below:

From India those applying need to get their certificate attested by the:

a. Indian Consulate in Dubai.

b. Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Dubai or Sharjah.

c. Ministry of Education in India.

Candidates applying from countries other than UAE need to get their certificate attested by the:

a. Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the country of origin.

b. Ministry of Education of the country of origin.

c. Consulate of UAE or UAE Embassy in the country of origin.

From the UAE those applying need to follow the below-mentioned requirements:

a. Students applying from Sharjah do not need to get their transfer certificate attested.

b. Those applying from other emirates of the UAE must get their school-leaving certificate attested by the Ministry of Education of that emirate.

Students applying from the unmentioned countries have two options for attestation. Both options are as follows:

First Option

a. Ministry of Education of the country of origin.

b. Consulate of the country of origin in Dubai.

c. Foreign Affairs of UAE in Dubai or Sharjah.

Second Option

a. Ministry of Education of the country of origin.

b. Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the country of origin.

c. UAE’s consulate in the country of origin.

Considering the entrance test and previous academic record the school decides on the admission. After screening, to secure a seat for their child the parents need to pay the required deposit.
