Papatoetoe Intermediate

The school is located in "175 Motatau Road, Papatoetoe, Auckland 2025, New Zealand".

During the year Visual Arts are also offered as part of the school's extension program. Some examples being; Trash to Fashion, Self Portraits, Printmaking and Sculpture, Art History, Pacific Arts. In Visual Arts the students who display ingenuity or competence have the opportunity to be selected for two major exhibitions throughout the year. The first being the Auckland Intermediate and Middle Schools Art Exhibition and then at Papatoetoe North Intermediate a ‘Inner City Schools’ Art Exhibition. With a core group of artistic students the Visual Arts are also celebrated who are also enlisted to help design and paint sets for our end of Year Graduation Dance etc.

The Papatoetoe Intermediate School has a variety of sports activities/facilities, including:- Sports Academy: The school has a Sports Academy that competes in Auckland-wide, Interzone, and sometimes nationwide tournaments // Sports Centre: The school has a multipurpose building with indoor cricket, a gym, a function room, a café, and more // Sports Clubs: The school has an international hockey turf, six tennis courts, two netball courts, an indoor cricket center, bowling greens, strength training facilities, and cricket, soccer, and rugby fields // Papatoetoe Centennial Pool and Leisure Centre: This facility offers pools, water play, swimming lessons, a sauna, a gym, fitness, and group fitness classes etc.
