Pedare Christian College is located in the golden grove area and has a vision to create an institution that is focused on giving students the right skills that are needed for lifelong development. The college opened in 1986 with just 19 students and used to initially cater to year 7 and year 8. Till 1990, the college had accommodated secondary school students and it was in 1993 that the school expanded its primary campus.
