Application requirements for domestic students are as follows:

1. 2 recent colour photographs of the student 

2. Non-refundable application fee $300 that can be paid by cheque, cash, snap pay

3. A photocopy of the birth certificate of the students, Canadian passports of the parents or PR cards. Document copies for both parents are required

4. Copy of Hydro bill as proof of BC residency

5. For elementary students please provide recent report cards (two years preferred for Grade 2 and above)

6. Reference letter from your child’s previous school (this is optional)

For International Students the application requirements are as follows:

1. 2 recent colour photographs of the applicant

2. Non-refundable application fee: $500 paid by cheque, cash, snap pay

3. A photocopy of the applicant’s birth certificate, passports of both the parents, the parents and child’s visa (study permit or other permit)

4. Copy of Hydro bill as proof of BC residency

5. For elementary students (Kindergarten and older), please provide recent report cards

6. Reference letter from your child’s previous school (this is optional)
