Raffles International School

In The Raffles International School, the admission process is online, where an application form must be filled with the required details in it.

a. In the online application form, first we need to enter the father's details and then click on the "Next".
b. To add child details, we need to click on the "Add Applicant" and when the details completed, then again click on the "Add Applicant" and after that "Next".
PS: If you wish to add additional applicant sibling then please click on "Add Applicant" again and then "Next".
c. To add mother details, we have to click on "Add Details" and when details completed, then again click on the "Add Details".
PS: If you wish to add additional contact details i.e. guardians, etc. then please click on "Add details" again.
d. And finally, to submit the application, click on the "Next".

Note: Withholding information or making a false declaration that may have a negative impact on the education of your child which may also result in cancellation of the application/admission along with the loss of any admission processing fees paid.

After the successful submission of the application form, a confirmation mail will be sent to the father's email address.
At the time of the admission, after submitting the application form, if there is no place available, then the application form will be placed onto the school's waiting list and once the place becomes available then the school will contact the first eligible applicant and invite them to attend an assessment for which the selection criteria of that particular applicant will be based on the entrance test, face to face interview etc.

The following documents are required at the time of the admission by the school on behalf of the UAE Ministry of Education and those documents are as mentioned below.
PS: a. Copy of child’s and parents’ passport.

b. Copy of child’s and parents’ residence visa when available.

c. Copy of child’s and parent’s Emirates ID card i.e. both front and back when available.

d. Copy of child’s birth certificate.

e. Two recent passport size photographs of your child.

f. Immunization record.

g. Copy of child’s latest school/nursery report; previous 2 years reports if applying for Year 2 and above.

h. Leaving Letter/Transfers Certificate from current school if transferring from Overseas or another Emirate in the UAE. Attested as required by the KHDA.

The mandatory stamps that are needed for the transfer certificate totally depends on the date of transfer and the location of the school from which the student is transferring.

North America, West Europe, Australia or New Zealand, North Europe: School stamp and signature only.

Middle East (except the UAE), South and Central America, Asia, former Soviet States, Eastern Europe and Africa: School stamp and signature, Ministry of Education (in the country of the school’s location), Ministry of Foreign Affairs (in the country of the school’s location), UAE Embassy (in the country of the school’s location).

GCC Countries (Oman, Kuwait, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain): Ministry of Education (in the country of the school’s location).

Another Emirate of the UAE: School stamp and signature (TC must be in Arabic).

Dubai: Not applicable.
