For In Zone families online enrolments are available throughout the year. In july Out of Zone enrolments open. For available placement in the next year's intake, all applications are placed into the respective year group's ballot. Once the ballot has been held, then via email you will be notified of the ballot results.

• For 2024 the out of zone ballot is closed.
• For 2024 the out of zone ballots has now closed.
• On the 6th September Year 9 ballot is held and on that day you will hear the outcome of your enrolment.
• On the 12th September Year 10-13 ballot will be held and on that day you will hear the outcome of your enrolment.
• In July 2024 the out of zone enrolments will reopen again for 2025 enrolment.
• How the Out of Zone Selective Ballot Process Works
• As Out of Zone Selective Ballot, by a Justice of the Peace is supervised, to select out of zone students is held who can enrol at the College. Priority in the ballot Under the Ministry of Education regulations is given to:
• 1. Priority 1 - sibling currently enrolled.
• 2. Priority 2 - ex-sibling.
• 3. Priority 3 - son/daughter of former student.
• 4. Priority 4 - son/daughter of Board employee.
• 5. Priority 5 - other.
• At each year level a ballot is held for students.
