The ballot is held one week after the ballot closes and each family who has enrolled out of zone through the ballot will be notified on the day that the ballot is run via email with their result of their student’s placement or waitlist number. If children have been offered placement, Rangitoto will then invite them to an out of zone enrolment interview with a senior staff member at a date in late September or October etc.
