Saint Kentigern College was established in 1953. It is a private co-educational school located on the eastern side of Auckland, New Zealand. It is managed by the Saint Kentigern Trust board which also manages other saint schools. In 2003, the school introduced girls into the school and these are known as foundation girls. It offers an IB Diploma program. The school name was based on the Patron saint of Glasgow, Saint Kentigern who is also known as mungo in Scotland. The school appoints well-experienced teachers who support students and guide them whenever required.

Students of Saint Kentigern College have high academic achievements. In 2022 around 93.31% of students gained their NCEA Level 3 certificate. Another Achievement is that 29.36% of the students achieved excellence endorsement.
