The Saint Vivekanand Public School, Etawah Admission Process is as mentioned below:-

• Registration
• 1. From the school/website a duly filled form available is to be submitted with the non-refundable, non-transferable Registration Fee within 7 days from the date of issue of form or the last date given.
• 2. With the registration form a copy of birth certificate must be attached.
• 3. Other schools the students who have attended i.e. from the previous school they need to submit a photocopy of the report card of the last two years.
• Please note that in any way the registration does not guarantee admission.
• Admission Process/Admission Test
• 1. As per the admission procedure the names of the children who are selected will be displayed on the notice board. By email the international students will be informed.
• 2. Before joining the students who are offered admission must complete the following formalities, or the offer will stand cancelled and on to the next student in the 'Waiting List' the seat will be passed.
• 3. Submission of the evidence of date of birth if not yet given.
• 4. Evidence of passing the last class or promotion to present class.
• 5. From the previous school the Original Transfer Certificate, which should be a recognized school, affiliated to the All India Board or a State Board of Education. If transferred from other states the Transfer Certificates have to be signed by DEO.
• 6. From a qualified registered doctor a medical certificate showing the record of vaccination/immunization etc. as well as about which the school ought to know i.e. mention of any particular ailment or health condition.
• 7. Four Passport size Photographs.
• 8. Proof of residence of the child (Copy of Ration card/Voter's ID/Passport).
• 9. In case a boarder is adopted, then attested copy of the adoption certificate issued by the competent authority the parents will have to produce. In case of separation/divorce, the boarder the parent who is admitting will have to produce copy of custody of child certificate issued by the competent law officer.
