Located in the heart of Bangkok, Sarasas Ektra School is a bilingual Catholic coeducational institution. With about 2,900 pupils as of 2009, the school offered a completely bilingual curriculum in Thai and English for children in kindergarten 1 (3 years old) through matayom 6 (17 years old). Three campuses of the school are located in Yan Nawa District's Bang Phongphang Subdistrict. In May 2009, a two-year-old nursery class was introduced. This strand's teaching-learning program combines the Thai and GAC curricula. ACT Education Solutions, USA, which oversees the global GAC programs, will formally award students with the Global Assessment Certificate (GAC) upon their successful completion at the end of Year 12. They will also have fulfilled the prerequisites for entrance to Thai-language university programs through their Thai studies.
