• Admission Process:
• To provide every child with fair and equal opportunity to develop her ability and potential towards successful completion of education is what the Saraswati Devi International School's admission process seeks. A year in advance the admission process shall begin.
• Entry Criteria for Admission:
• Note - To determine support requirements of the child the assessments are only meant. For rejection of admission it is not a criterion.
• Admission Preferences:
• 1. On the basis of prevailing norms of the regulatory authority the admission to school will be granted.
• 2. The neighborhood residence parameter shall be considered only if by the local regulatory authority it is a norm.
• 3. To the student's siblings the admission preference shall be extended. However, the minimum admission criteria will be applicable.
• Conditions to the above rule - Any learning disability if the sibling has, then depending upon the availability of support system the candidate shall be given admission preference. However, in case of physical disability, subject to management's discretion the admissions shall be granted.
• Admission for students with special needs:
• 1. Through the Head of Child Development & Academics, Saraswati Devi International School the admissions of children with special needs shall be routed. This decision shall be considered final. On facilities and services the decision shall be based that can be offered by Saraswati Devi International School.
• 2. In the form of a resource centre or advisory services the Saraswati Devi International School students with identified learning disabilities shall be provided support.
• Required Document:
• At the time of admission the documents to be submitted -
• 1. Aadhar Card.
• 2. Medical fitness certificate.
• 3. Attested copy of birth certificate.
• 4. Progress card of previous academic year (Std. I onwards).
• 5. School leaving certificate, if any.
• For safekeeping the documents to be kept at school -
• 1. Aadhar Card.
• 2. Birth certificate attested copies (By the concerned authority - Principal/administration department head the attested copy of a birth certificate should be verified).
• 3. Original progress card of the previous academic year.
• 4. School leaving certificate of previous school.
