School History & Details

School of the Arts, Singapore was formed in 2008. It is the first national pre-tertiary arts school in Singapore with a six-year integrated arts and academic curriculum. For students aged between 3 to 18 years, the school provides IB Diploma Programme. Over the past years, the school expanded its operations to fulfill the requirements of every student. The school offers a dedicated development path under the Ministry of Culture, Community and Youth (MCCY) for those in have an interest in arts. The school aims to identify creative learners who positively impact the world. The teachers are trained with several years of teaching experience. Many teachers are also practicing artists who will offer students insights into creative inspiration.

The school has a 100% passing rate for IB Diploma examinations. The students of IB secure an average point of 36 and 93%. The students have performed extremely well in examinations and secured good positions.
